Refund Policy

Return policy (right of withdrawal/cooling off period)

It is possible that you want to return an order. This may be due to the product not meeting expectations or for other reasons. In almost any case, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal only expires if the product you bought has a shelf life of less than one month and that product has been sold in a sale  for that reason. At that moment you know that it concerns a product with a short shelf life, so that the product no longer fits within the right of withdrawal.

After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. Once we have received the product, we will return the full order amount + shipping costs. The costs you incur to send it to us are for your account.

Please ensure that you send the product including accessories to us and that you reasonably send it in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary, we can pass on the depreciation of the product to you. We treat you well and you do the same with our products, it's as simple as that.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to hello@omnibites.co. Put your order number and the word “return” in the subject, and we will pick it up as soon as possible. Once we have received the product in good order, your money will be in your account within 14 days.

Exchange

If you want to exchange the product, you can! Please contact hello@omnibites.co. Please note that the costs for shipping and returning the package are for your account.

Wrong delivery address

Have you entered a wrong delivery address? That happens to the best. Mail us as soon as possible at hello@omnibites.co. Then we will try to change the order. If we are unable to change it, we will provide a suitable solution.

Warranty and complaints

We make all our products with love and logically do everything to deliver the product to you in the best condition. It is also possible that a product breaks during shipment or that something else happens that would entitle you to warranty. In that case you can contact us at  hello@omnibites.co.

In the event that you discover the defect, you must also notify us of the defect within a reasonable period of time. This means that you inform us about this within 2 months, but no later than 1 month before the best-before date, after discovering it. If everything is reported on time, we can also take appropriate measures. This probably means that you will receive a replacement product.

In the worst case, you may have a complaint about our products or otherwise. We find solving this of the utmost importance. Simply reach out to us and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

From 15 February 2016 it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
