Shipping Policy

We do our best to process your order and have it delivered to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day. We may not be able to do this, in that case we'll ship it the next day. If you would like more information about your order, please contact us via socials or hello@omnibites.co.

In addition, we deliver to the entire EU. Germany and Belgium are countries where we can easily ship our products. We do this as soon as possible, with an average delivery time of 1 week. For other EU countries, please contact us for your order. We will process it for you and ensure an appropriate shipping method.

Out of stock products

Sometimes a product is not in stock, then the delivery can take a little longer. In another situation, you may have bought the products in a pre-sale. In that case, we will actively notify you when your order will be shipped.

The products on this website are listed excluding shipping costs. When you check out, the weight of your package will be determined. Based on this, you'll get to see your shipping options.

Return policy (right of withdrawal/respid period)

It is possible that you want to return an order. This may be due to the product not meeting expectations or for other reasons. In almost any case, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after you received it without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal only lapses if the product you bought has a shelf life of less than one month and that product was on sale for that reason. At that moment you know that it concerns a product with a short shelf life, so that the product no longer fits within the right of withdrawal.

After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. Once we have received the product, we will return the full order amount + shipping costs. The costs for your return shipment are for your own account.

Make sure you send the product including accessories to us in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary, we may pass the depreciation of the product on to you. We will treat you well and we'd appreciate it if you treat our products well, it's as simple as that.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to hello@omnibites.co. Put your order number and the word “return” in the subject, and we will pick it up as soon as possible. Once we have received the product in good order, your money will be refunded within 14 days.

Exchange

If you want to exchange the product, you can! Please contact hello@omnibites.co. Please note that the costs for shipping and returning the package are for your account.

Wrong delivery address

Did you enter a wrong delivery address? That happens to the best. Mail us as soon as possible at hello@omnibites.co or reach out to us via social media. We will do our best to change the delivery address for the order in time. However, it may be that your order is already processed - in that case we will look for a suitable solution together.

Warranty and complaints

We make all our products with love and logically do everything to deliver the product to you in the best condition possible. Still, it may happen that a product breaks during shipment or that something else happens that would entitle you to warranty. In that case, you can contact us via hello@omnibites.co.

In the event that you discover a defect, we request that you inform us about this within 2 months after the discovery, but at the latest 1 month before the best-before date. We will then investigate whether you are eligible for a replacement product.

In the worst case scenario, you may have a complaint about our products or otherwise. We deem solving this extremely important. Contact us and we will do our best to work this out together.

Since 15 February 2016 it is possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
